Meet our founder
Hi, I'm Lisa
I started as a British nanny at 18. I went on to become a nursery principal, and I've now spent more than 35 years with babies, toddlers and their families. You might know me from Pearl FM, or from a storytime in your neighbourhood.
I created Happy Families so no parent has to figure it out alone. Calm, practical help, given with warmth, and a community where you can breathe out.
